Are you ready to take on a new challenge and drive business growth? We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team at Glovo.
As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our Sales Teams to achieve exceptional results. You will develop and execute a commercial growth strategy, leveraging Glovo's assets and tools to expand our partner base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a commercial growth strategy to increase net sales, market share, and net-new revenue.
- Build and manage a high-performing Sales Dream Team, providing continuous training and development opportunities.
- Establish clear goals and objectives, and evaluate team performance to ensure engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the Market Intelligence team to optimize the sales pipeline and boost productivity.
- Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and drive positive changes to enhance sales performance.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in managing high-performance commercial teams.
- Strong leadership and business fundamentals, with a strategic thinker mindset.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change.
- Curiosity and a desire to acquire a deep understanding of the business.
- Ability to find smart and elegant solutions to complex problems.
