As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our Sales Teams to achieve exceptional results. You will develop and execute a commercial growth strategy, leveraging Glovo's assets and tools to expand our partner base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a commercial growth strategy to increase net sales, market share, and net-new revenue.
  • Build and manage a high-performing Sales Dream Team, providing continuous training and development opportunities.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives, and evaluate team performance to ensure engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Market Intelligence team to optimize the sales pipeline and boost productivity.
  • Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and drive positive changes to enhance sales performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in managing high-performance commercial teams.
  • Strong leadership and business fundamentals, with a strategic thinker mindset.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change.
  • Curiosity and a desire to acquire a deep understanding of the business.
  • Ability to find smart and elegant solutions to complex problems.
