The Engineering Department of Manpower Professional, a brand of Manpower Group, is seeking a Project Quality Engineer to develop and implement quality-related plans and procedures. This role involves coordinating project quality activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and internal standards, and liaising with customers, third parties, and notified bodies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Specifications and Applicable Standards: Verify product certification requirements, issue product control quality plans, and ensure product compliance to project requirements and internal standards.
  • Liaising with Inspection Agencies: Coordinate inspections in compliance with project requirements.
  • Project Documentation: Issue project documentation in a timely manner.
  • Project Inspection Planning: Implement project inspection planning.
  • Customer Inspection Notices: Issue customer inspection notices.
  • Quality and Expediting Reports: Prepare project quality and expediting reports.
  • MRB Preparation: Prepare and maintain manufacturer record books.
  • Quality/Administration Procedures: Coordinate preparation and implementation of project quality and administration procedures.
  • Quality Control and Inspection Activities: Coordinate all quality control and inspection activities.
  • Final Documentation: Coordinate compilation and review of final documentation.
  • Quality Requirements: Coordinate development of quality requirements on subcontracts and procurement packages.
  • FAT and IFAT: Lead factory acceptance tests and integrated factory acceptance tests for HIPPS packages.
  • Quality Management System: Support implementation, application, and maintenance of quality management systems, including QA procedures and activities.
