A well-established global technology vendor is seeking a Renewals Officer to enhance their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a diverse and international environment, providing valuable experience in a multinational setting.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage with key accounts within the company's Outsourced Market region.
- Oversee all renewal prospects, utilizing the company's channel partners or addressing them directly as necessary.
- Continuously seek opportunities for license up-sell and cross-sell, collaborating with Field and/or Partner Sales to develop these leads.
- Actively promote customer conversion to Subscription models, leveraging partnerships and technical resources.
- Deliver analytical and administrative support to customers and partners throughout the renewal process.
- Assist in formulating account sales strategies for designated accounts, focusing on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Communicate the value of upgrades and renewals to maximize the return on the company's offerings.
- Track and manage all stages of renewal sales opportunities.
- Generate necessary quotes for Subscription, Appliance Maintenance, Software Maintenance, and Support contracts.
- Collaborate with sales team members to facilitate the closing of sales.
- Utilize CRM systems and relevant applications to manage and optimize sales opportunities and track progress.
- Prepare reports as requested by management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital sales or renewals within the IT sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in both Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with an outgoing demeanor.
