About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Design Manager to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. As a key member of our Energy Transition department, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our client base in the design and execution of compressor stations for transmission, storage, and distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our knowledge of overall compressor station design
  • Support clients in high-level cost and time estimates
  • Technical lead on medium to large projects as a key player in international green gas project teams
  • Work closely with the assigned Project Manager to ensure quality and deadlines are met
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders on technical solutions and layout advice to ensure the best solution for the clients
  • Become a focal point and mentor for compressor station design to ensure optimal and effective execution and quality
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in engineering, particularly in mechanical, electrical, or process engineering. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and execution of compressor stations, with significant theoretical and practical knowledge of compression and compressor station components and layout.

You should also have experience working in multidisciplinary projects and strong oral and written skills in English. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
