Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Pricing Strategist to join our vibrant Pricing Team within the Revenue Management department. As a key member of our Commercial area, you will report directly to the Pricing Director.
About the Job:
As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our pricing strategy, working across all Costa fleets and markets. Your primary goal will be to maximize company revenues through innovative pricing optimization for both cruise and transportation services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive our pricing strategy by market, ensuring it aligns with our broader commercial goals. This involves defining the annual sales plan in line with activation plans and growth strategies across various markets.
- Study the business environment, monitor competition, and define price positioning for Costa's products globally. Your keen eye for detail will help track business performance and adjust pricing strategies to seize new opportunities or mitigate risks.
- Innovate pricing models to maximize customer willingness to buy and pay, tailoring different levels of price bundles by market. Your creativity and analytical skills will be crucial in this role.
- Work closely with the E-commerce team and other channel stakeholders, ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer journey. Your collaborative spirit will help enhance our customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Play a key role in the financial revenue planning process, interacting with Costa's Sales & Marketing teams worldwide to ensure our pricing strategies are aligned with our financial goals.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in pricing and revenue management in global companies.
- A Master's degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, combined with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Enthusiasm about E-commerce and comfort with both B2B and B2C sales logics.
- High proficiency in Excel, quantitative tools, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Fuency in English as a communication language.
