We are seeking a Group Accounting and Reporting Manager to strengthen our financial team and support our ambitious transformation projects.

The Role: Group Accounting and Reporting Manager

You will oversee accounting and financial reporting while leading a team of professionals.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating a team of 4-6 members.
  • Supervising accounting activities for our Italian entities.
  • Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Supporting process improvements and system integrations.
  • Contributing to financial transformation projects within the group.

Your Profile

You are a proactive and hands-on finance professional with:

Education: Master's degree in Finance, Law, or Business Administration.

Experience: Around 7 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, ideally within a fast-growing SME in the service sector.

Languages: Native Italian speaker with fluent English (mandatory).
