Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Client Advisor to join our team at Saint Laurent, providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term, part-time position that requires a professional with excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and a business mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service, identifying customer needs, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base by understanding their preferences and making recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and products, making informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and local language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
