Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform lounge operation tasks with professionalism in alignment with PPG standards and Operation manuals.
  • Handle passenger admission process for various customers, including premium airline passengers and financial institution clients.
  • Prepare and serve food & beverages with pleasant attitude.
  • Provide recommendations to guests.
  • Restock food & beverages throughout the shift.
  • Maintain quality products & standards by following Company recipes and procedures.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side duties to ensure cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
  • Follow Health and Safety standards and assist guests with polite service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in F&B operations, preferably in hotel or catering industry.
  • Able to work in the bar.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken English.
