We are seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Expert to join our team at Wärtsilä. As a key member of our Global Logistics Services, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement and innovation across our organization.

The Role
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This includes exploring new opportunities for RPA development, participating in RPA environment development and maintenance activities, ensuring continuity of WGLS RPAs after SAP S/4 Hana implementation, and representing WGLS towards central RPA community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain RPAs in scope of WGLS
- Explore and identify new opportunities for RPA developments
- Participate in RPA environment development and maintenance activities
- Ensure WGLS RPAs will continue to work after SAP S/4 Hana implementation
- Represent WGLS organization towards central RPA community
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Robotic Process Automation development using UiPath
- Knowledge of database & integration technologies
- Experience in using version control systems
- Experience in Business Process modelling using BPMN 2.0 standard
- Proactive, analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn efficiently
- Good communication, collaboration and presentation skills

About the Salary
The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
