Product Management Role at ION Group

LIST, a part of ION Group, is a leading provider of technological solutions and services to Financial Institutions and Exchanges worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Junior Product Specialist to join our Product Management Team in Milan.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support product managers in researching market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer needs;
  • Gather and organize product information and specifications;
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including presentations and user guides;
  • Collaborate on pre-sales activities, demos, and proposals;
  • Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries;
  • Promote products and build relationships with potential customers at trade shows and events;
  • Interact with the internal development team to transfer technical requirements.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.);
  • Excellent relational and analytical skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
  • Ability to work in a team and detail-oriented approach;
  • Fluency in Italian and English;
  • EU Work Permit;
  • 1-2 years' experience in Product Management within an IT company is a plus.
