Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

You will have the chance to join the Application team of Bosch in Turin, where you will be involved in technical and innovation topics. As part of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Vehicle real-time simulation and modeling;
  • Coordination of testing and validation activities, including model exchange with customers;
  • Execution of test cases and comparison of Software in the Loop vs real vehicle results;
  • Troubleshooting and debugging of software issues.

Related Activities

You will be involved in:

  • Supervised and unsupervised learning techniques study and application;
  • Engine combustion and torque coordination strategies study;
  • Interaction with worldwide Bosch experts and customers;
  • Understanding and developing new test cases and models.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A course of study in engineering (Computer Engineering, Automotive, Mechatronics or similar);
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2) and Italian (minimum B2);
  • Experience with data analysis and machine learning techniques;
  • Experience with programming languages (Matlab, Python);
  • Base knowledge of Synopsys Silver – virtual ECU framework;
  • Base know-how with automotive combustion and hybrid systems;
  • A work style that is meticulous, flexible, goal-oriented and team-worker;
  • A personality that is characterized by good communication skills, interest for innovation and technology in automotive.
