Piping Engineer

We are currently seeking a Piping Engineer for our Power Plant Construction Project near Venice.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be based at the construction site and report to the Project Engineering Manager. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing liaison and support for piping and mechanical construction activities.
• Monitoring craft employees and sub-contractors' work and material for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Evaluating, selecting, and applying standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Assisting the Superintendent in identifying key success factors and establishing common work breakdown structures.
• Providing technical and administrative direction to field layout and surveying personnel.
• Reviewing drawings and material status for upcoming work to identify potential problems.

• Degree in Engineering according to Discipline (Mechanical).
• Experience in hydrotest, test packs preparation, and basic and detailed engineering in the oil and gas upstream, gas treating, and power plant sectors.
