About the Role

The Lead Auditor ICT is responsible for leading a team to conduct audits and assessments in compliance with DNV standards, international standards, or similar national standards. These audits should be in accordance with established DNV methodologies and rules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out audits and assessments in compliance with DNV standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing audit team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve audit processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient audit process.
Requirements
  • Already qualified as third-party auditor according to ICT standard (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001).
  • Fluent Italian and a good knowledge of English.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
