We're looking for a skilled Barista to join our team at The Social Hub Belfiore in Florence, Italy. As a Coffee Connoisseur, you'll be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and tea drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of teas, coffees, and espresso beverages to the highest standard.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized coffee station at all times.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and personalizing their coffee/tea experience.
• Operate coffee machines and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in general front-of-house duties, including seating guests and answering queries.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café or hotel environment.
• Passion for coffees and teas and knowledge of various brewing methods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests and build rapport.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive attitude.
