Product Strategy and Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our product strategy and development. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with product teams to steer the product lifecycle from concept to launch, aligning with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development, prioritizing and balancing the product backlog to ensure immediate deliverables and long-term initiatives are in sync.
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders, leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Drive agile excellence, leading an agile team with finesse, overseeing backlog grooming, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Craft clear specs, collaborating with engineering and design teams to develop precise product specifications, ensuring timely, high-quality feature delivery.
  • Understand our users, conducting user research and data analysis to uncover customer needs and pain points, turning insights into actionable improvements.
  • Measure success, defining and tracking key performance metrics to gauge product success and guide future decisions.
  • Lead by example, inspiring, motivating, and guiding team members towards achieving common goals.
  • Mentor and inspire, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement by mentoring other product managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience and passion for the role - A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role is required.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B industry is a must.
