Sales Manager Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and strategic sales manager to lead our inside sales function. This role is critical to our growth strategy, responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs in recruitment and HR services.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with potential clients, presenting our solutions.
  • Closely collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support service development and client experience.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Mentor team members as the sales team grows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B services or the HR/recruitment sector.
  • Strong understanding of the HR services landscape in Italy and/or internationally.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, fluent in Italian and English.
  • Results-driven, with a proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • A natural team player who loves solving client problems and closing deals.
