R&D Product Owner

This position reports to the R&D Team Lead and is part of the Electrification Service R&D team based in Dalmine, Italy.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Roadmap: Transform product vision and roadmap into user-centric and concise requirements, simplifying complex problems and articulating them coherently.
- Requirements Management: Take ownership of managing the requirements backlog, prioritizing and scheduling user stories for sprints, and defining clear acceptance criteria.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate daily with Global Product Managers and the development team to ensure successful release outcomes, in sync with sprint, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain a close relationship with field service technicians, understanding their needs to identify and prioritize features that meet both internal and external customer demands.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze and benchmark against relevant competitor solutions to stay ahead in the field and inform strategic decision-making.
- 3 years of experience in the Electrification Sector.
- Enhanced knowledge of cutting-edge technologies like Augmented Reality, cognitive services, language understanding, and Large Language Models.
- Strong affinity and understanding of software, particularly in areas such as mobile apps, digital services, and wearables.
- Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
