**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join our team at Tecnimont. As a key member of our project control team, you will be responsible for executing planning and reporting activities within a project, under the supervision of the Project Control Coordinator or Project Control Manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain project control documents, including Milestones Plans, Project Summary Schedules, 90-day Schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, and Project Detailed Schedules, in compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Review and analyze planning reports, outputs, and presentations to ensure accuracy and adherence to project plans.
  • Perform periodic schedule control using time-now techniques, assess physical project progress, and forecast predicted completion, highlighting any deviations from approved baselines.
  • Support the project team in performing risk analysis using company-approved software to determine schedule reliability.
  • Interact with relevant company departments, clients, and vendors to discuss planning-related topics.
  • Train and support junior planning engineers in initializing project control tools and procedures.
  • Manage planning activities independently, even in small EPC projects, with minimal supervision.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information to top management and various committees.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Pro-active mentality and attitude, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
