About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Field Sales Territory Manager to join our team and help us drive regional growth. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team of Field Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed individual and regional targets.
  2. Provide ongoing coaching to enhance skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
  3. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture aligned with company values.
  4. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth in line with business objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and create actionable plans.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance value propositions.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and partners in the region.
  8. Act as a trusted advisor to Field Sales Representatives, supporting them in closing deals and overcoming challenges.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and customer meetings to boost brand visibility.
  10. Ensure efficient territory management and account prioritization for team members.
  11. Regularly report on team performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  12. Uphold compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably in the fintech, payments, or technology sectors.
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with hands-on experience in field sales.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in the payment industry will be considered as a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in Italian & English.
