As a Global Forecasting Senior Analyst at Chiesi Group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate patient and volume forecasts based on market trends, epidemiological data, and treatment patterns. You will utilize historical data and market analysis to predict future demand accurately and provide clear and actionable insights to support and inform internal processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Patient Forecasting

Develop and maintain accurate patient forecasts based on market trends, epidemiological data, and treatment patterns.

• Volume Forecasting

Generate volume forecasts to inform supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial strategies.

• Data Analysis

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform forecasting models.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, affiliates, and finance teams to ensure alignment of forecasts with business objectives and market realities.

• Reporting

Prepare and present forecast reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights to support and inform internal processes.

• Continuous Improvement

Continuously refine forecasting methodologies and models based on feedback and emerging best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

• Previous experience in forecasting within the pharmaceutical industry or in consulting.

• Demonstrated experience in both patient and volume forecasting.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Advanced Excel skills are required.

• In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and patient treatment pathways.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
