Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Channel Manager to develop and manage our Digital Sales channel. This role involves developing and participating in the definition of our Digital Sales strategy, identifying potential sales partners, collaborating with our Marketing team, managing pricing plans and promotions initiatives, and monitoring main sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and participate in the definition of our Digital Sales strategy to reach online customer acquisition targets;
- Identify potential sales partners to develop the digital sales channel and set processes to manage them;
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to manage activities related to the promotion and sale of offers and products on digital platforms by defining the business strategy, optimizing the sales funnel, executing the business plan, and developing ADV campaigns;
- Manage pricing plans and promotions initiatives that lead to prospect acquisition and profitability of the sales channel;
- Monitor main sales KPIs for the digital channel (lead generation, conversion rate, ROI, etc.) and optimize performance by ensuring cost and quality targets are met.
