As a key member of our Business Intelligence Service Line, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers in Big Data projects, working closely with business analysts and solution architects to understand use cases, data needs, and outcome objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver data acquisition, transformations, and improvement, cleansing, conversion, compression, and loading of data into data lakes for analytics and machine learning models.
- Design and implement cloud native data architectures, leveraging Azure infrastructure and networking expertise.
- Develop and deliver proofs-of-concept to address specific business needs, using the most appropriate techniques, data sources, and technologies.
- Migrate workloads from on-premise to cloud environments, ensuring seamless data integration.
- Monitor distributed infrastructure using Azure tools or open-source solutions like Grafana and Prometheus.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud native environments, with a strong focus on Azure.
- Proven expertise in Big Data architectures, cloud, and on-premise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure, networking, and data engineering.
- Experience with Agile Methodology and Kanban, with a focus on team leadership.
- Microsoft Certification: Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Big Data certification, such as Cloudera or Databricks.
- Experience with non-Azure ETL/ELT solutions, like Talend or Oracle Data Integrator.
- Knowledge of Data Visualization solutions, including PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau.
