The Product and Proposition Manager - AI Solutions is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing the full spectrum of strategic and operational activities related to growing a portfolio of AI services in an evolving market. This challenging role offers a great opportunity to manage all aspects of a product cycle, from creative idea to go-to-market. You will have the possibility to team up with various professionals, including Sales, Finance, Risk, Legal, Customer Solutions, Operations, and Data Scientists, both in Italy, Europe, and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the go-to-market process from the original idea to launch or support the scaling and evolution of existing AI solutions.
  • Develop and implement business cases for AI propositions based on traditional and alternative data to produce scores and attributes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch.
  • Monitor product evolutions and scaling operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, data science, statistics, or similar subjects.
  • 4+ years' experience in product and business management/analytics consultancy in areas such as lending, FinTech, analytics services, credit management in financial institutions.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, WPS, SAS, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Fluent English and Italian speaking and writing. Knowledge of French will be an advantage.
