About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Destination Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, communicating with local partners, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth experience
  • Communicating with local partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Preparing guests for their trip and making bookings as needed
  • Providing activity and dining recommendations
  • Building on our internal destination knowledge and sharing with guests
  • Writing and researching content for our blog and social channels
  • Assisting with company marketing projects

Requirements:

  • Permanent residence in Rome, Italy
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Italian
  • Thorough knowledge of and passion for the city, country, and region
  • Enthusiasm for leisure and travel
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Impeccable time-keeping and organizational skills
