We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Equity Strategy Manager to join our team in Philadelphia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a portfolio strategy that aligns with the brand vision, driving sustainable growth and profit management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support Philadelphia growth ambition through strong core initiatives across the Region
  • Develop Communications building on the brand fundamentals
  • Build the Digital Eco-system
  • Guide compelling & unified visual identity to be landed across the Region
  • Work with local teams, creating a Philadelphia Community for collaboration, sharing & learning.
  • Engage with creative, Design and Media Agencies
  • Connect and leverage thinking from cross-functional partners
