Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Marketing and Communication team as a Marketing & Communication Assistant.

About the Job: As a Marketing & Communication Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Marketing and Communication department in implementing marketing activities with a focus on the EU Region and new European partnership projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel tools.
  2. Assist in the implementation of a global EMEA strategy and provide support for reporting.
  3. Work closely with our EU PR agencies and contribute to the success of their projects.
  4. Help organize and coordinate press and VIP client events, manufacture visits, and co-marketing events.
  5. Provide support for partnership projects and events.

You Will Be Successful in This Role If:

  • You have a degree in a humanistic or economic field.
  • You have previous experience in Marketing & Comm department, although this is not mandatory.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of English. Other European languages are also an asset.
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Power Point and Excel.
