Benchmark Center Engineer – Local Head

About the Role:

KION ITS EMEA, a leading provider of industrial trucks and intralogistics systems, is seeking a Local Head for the Benchmark Competence Center. As part of the KION Group, we offer a unique opportunity to work with industry-leading brands and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a team of local workers to ensure the successful operation of the Benchmark Competence Center.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards in Luzzara Benchmarking activities.
  • Interface with the Luzzara local Benchmark center and ITS Global Benchmarking Center to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Report to the Luz Local R&D Manager and functionally report to the ITS Global Cost Engineering Manager.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial machines construction.
  • Familiarity with CAD 3D PSM/PLM and advanced PC HW/SW functionalities.
  • Strong team management and international teamwork skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in product benchmarking for agricultural machines, earthmoving machines, or automotive.
