Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Bending Spoons. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences across our range of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster exceptional customer experiences by responding to requests in a helpful and empathetic manner.
  • Champion a user-centric approach when it comes to product development.
  • Identify frequent issues and opportunities, and share feedback with relevant teams to improve our products.
  • Represent Bending Spoons in addressing user product reviews, collecting insights into feature appreciation.
  • Prepare FAQs, improve customer care notes, and document support.
