Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
This Automation Engineering Graduate Programme is designed for highly motivated individuals who are eager to grow into future engineering, operational, and technical roles within our Global Supply Chain business.
You will have the opportunity to optimize the performance of control systems and robotics, lead and support delivery of automation projects, and ensure suppliers and site equipment comply with international standards.
You will also gain hands-on knowledge of current and new digital technologies, AI & data science, and learn about working in a highly regulated business and the role that Automation plays in supplying our patients at the end of our supply chain.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in Automation Engineering or a related field, with a passion for engineering and a keen interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
A mindset focused on continuous improvement and growth, along with strong interpersonal skills and a positive approach, are essential for this role.
