We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Assistant - Special Needs to join our team at Collier Primary School. The successful candidate will assist teaching staff in the delivery of planned education programs and promote a supportive and productive learning environment.

• Assist teaching staff in the delivery of planned education programs
• Support students with special needs in a classroom setting
• Contribute to a professional team and provide advice and evaluation in the development of the education program
• Assist with the general health and well-being of students
• Participate in ongoing reflective practice and engagement in professional learning opportunities

• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist professionals in the implementation and evaluation of education programs
• Knowledge and understanding of health and physical disabilities in students and adolescents
• Effective organizational skills
