At Starhotels, we are seeking a skilled and charismatic Reservation Agent to join our team. As the main contact for rooms' reservations, you will be the face of our property, inviting guests to choose us for their stay.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the art of efficient phone conversations to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize finesse in sales techniques to turn inquiries into successful contracted business deals.
  • Identify and pursue promising sales leads with precision and enthusiasm.
  • Respond to all guests in a professional yet approachable tone, ensuring all reservations are completed and comply with expectations.

Requirements:

  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • +2 years' experience as a Booking Agent.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
