About the Role:

Mercer Italia Srl is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Talent Strategy Practice as a Principal. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global consulting firm and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic guidelines for Talent Strategy services to expand Mercer's portfolio.
  • Provide strategic guidance to C-suite executives, identifying their evolving needs and delivering ongoing support and guidance.
  • Drive business development and accountability for sales targets through client management and new business development.
  • Manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Lead the implementation of projects and teams, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct research and analysis to enhance the market positioning of the Talent Strategy practice.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to achieve company objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management, contributing to thought leadership materials.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Law, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Talent Strategy and related areas.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with commercial responsibilities and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial aptitude and fluency in Italian and English.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and strong numerical and analytical skills.
