Key Responsibilities

As part of our Smart Engineering team, NTT DATA is seeking an Automotive Systems Engineer. The selected resource will join the SYS/SW Engineering Unit and be responsible for the design and development of several vehicle Electronic Control Units. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Technical Specifications Management: Analyze and manage technical specifications for automotive Electronic Control Units to ensure they meet quality criteria.
  2. Customer Interactions: Collaborate with customers to clearly define all expected system functionalities and interfaces.
  3. System Requirements Definition: Define and write system requirements according to predefined quality criteria.
  4. Electronic System Architecture: Define electronic system architecture in collaboration with design areas.
  5. Project Stakeholder Management: Interact with project stakeholders to review and discuss technical requirements during product development phases.
  6. Change Management: Evaluate the impact of requirements modification according to the Change Management process.
  7. Requirement Tracking: Track and monitor all requirement modifications within technical specifications.
  8. Validation Support: Support the validation team during bench testing phases and during vehicle testing phases.
  9. Project Deliverables: Ensure the release of project deliverables in compliance with quality, timing, and budget constraints.
