Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Emea Delivery

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to drive excellence in project management, systems use, standardisation, and coordination efforts across a wide spectrum of ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish the procedure for communication between the wider Vantage team, the consultant team, and Contractors.
  • Manage the Change Management Process for the project and ensure that all necessary scope, justification, and technical detail are clarified.
  • Assist the Construction Director in the communication of any instructions under the process.
  • Manage the Vantage team, consultant team, and Contractor to establish all key project processes to ensure the project's delivery and monitor these processes.
  • Manage the Vantage team, consultant team, and Contractors to establish, review, and regularly update the Project Risk Register.
  • Manage, agree, and monitor Risk Mitigation Plans and provide input into quantitative risk analysis reviews.
  • Prepare and issue for the Construction Director approval a monthly Project Manager's CSA & MEP report, weekly status update reports, and provide input into other stakeholder reports and presentations as may be required.
  • Proactively manage and monitor the performance of the consultant team, Contractor, and vendors and report to the Construction Director.
  • Proactively lead the wider VANTAGE team, consultant team, and co-ordinate the preparation of alternative viability studies, feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and investment appraisals and drive implementation of outcome in time and in budget.
  • Support in discussions with neighbours and other third parties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Construction/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
  • Italian language mandatory.
  • At least B-level of English.
  • Data center experience preferred.
