We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our Product Maintenance and Development Department at Reinhausen Italia S.r.l. in Trissino. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Creating 3D models and production drawings using SolidEdge software and adhering to international and company standards.
2. Providing product knowledge and technical support to customers, sales teams, and production departments.
3. Designing and developing individual parts in collaboration with experts and suppliers, from concept to detailing.
4. Coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient production and development processes.
5. Identifying and resolving problems in procurement, production, assembly, and development, and implementing sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the development of new parts, including concept creation, design, and implementation.
2. React to non-compliance issues and maintain accurate data in the company's ERP system (SAP).
3. Collaborate with the local team and participate in daily discussions and meetings with colleagues from the parent company in Germany.
4. Ensure effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
5. Hold a minimum English language proficiency of B2 level.

Requirements:

1. Energy or Mechanical engineering background is preferred but not limited to.
2. Strong technical skills and experience in product development and maintenance.
3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Proficiency in SolidEdge software and ERP systems (SAP).
