Job Description

CarusiHR & Co. S.r.l. is seeking a highly skilled Project Controller to join our team in the Province of Monza and Brianza. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial, temporal, and operational aspects of our projects are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales orders and oversee project financials, analyzing costs, planning revenue, and identifying risks to make informed decisions on time, resources, and budget.
  • Prepare regular cash flow and revenue reports for management, highlighting the project's financial status and potential improvements.
  • Monitor the invoicing schedule and ensure timely collection of payments from clients to maintain healthy cash flows.
  • Ensure timely completion of activities, verifying that tasks are completed within scheduled deadlines and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Identify risks and criticalities throughout the project lifecycle, suggesting effective solutions to improve project outcomes.
  • Verify that assistance interventions (repairs, spot activities, and long-term assistance contracts) are carried out in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Provide support in managing Health and Safety documents to ensure activities are conducted in compliance with regulations and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Previous experience in project financial management and administration.
  • Fluency in English.
