**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and update weekly planning, collaborating with Component Delivery manager, Production manager, Metal Works manager, Engineering team, and Shift Supervisor.
- Review inputs needed to complete activities in advance and ensure they are complete by participating in Readiness Reviews and Prejobs.
- Collaborate with Quality Department to ensure all documentation is approved and ready to be used.
- Review with Engineering and Fabrication Manager the First of A Kind activities to ensure people are trained, equipment is ready, and risk mitigation activities are implemented.
- Analyze activities performed to define improvement plans.
- Provide daily updates on progress to project team.
- Report and escalate any issues to identify owners and possible solutions.
**Qualifications**
- 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Technical degree required.
- English proficiency.
