Project Manager - Rotating Equipment

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our rotating equipment projects, focusing on the overhaul of reciprocating compressors. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, mechanical engineering, and the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from definition to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with the local Workshop, Field service, and Engineering Team to create final reports and inspection protocols.
  • Act as the primary contact between customers and operations teams, providing quotations and conducting customer visits.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and purchasing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Project management experience in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably with rotating equipment.
  • Basic machining knowledge and experience with SAP tools.
  • Excellent coordination, organization, and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to think in processes.
