Technical Reviewer 1st Shift Position

As a member of our team, you will be involved in every stage of molecular diagnostics, from ideation to development and delivery of testing advancements that improve patient outcomes across various settings. This position is part of the Reagent Production team and will be working in a laboratory environment on the 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the technical review of Bulk Buffer, Reagents, Dye, and Bead production laboratories by following good documentation practices and relevant standard operating procedures. Complete assigned tasks and ensure all activities are compliant with the company's quality, safety, and departmental policies and standards. Apply analytical skills and scientific methods to perform release testing. Assist management with audit activities. Ensure thorough knowledge of GDP and cGMP regulations and previous experience in a technical review of SOPs, DHRs, and validation documentation. Experience in method, equipment, and system validation is also required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences is preferred. Working knowledge of SAP, LIMS, MES, and BRAM systems is a plus. Experience with Spectrophotometry, PCR, Dialysis, TFF, pH, Density, and Conductivity testing is highly desirable.
