About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Gi Group SpA Filiale di Roma Nazionale. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy for the HoReCa channel to increase sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a marketing plan for the HoReCa channel in line with the brand strategy to increase sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and manage all classification of HoReCa points of sale (existing, almost opened, newly opened, etc.).
  • Set up KPIs for region/position, monitor on a weekly basis, and identify actions and next steps.
  • Ensure brand visibility in the HoReCa channel, consistency in promotional and product plans, and synergy in the entire activation plan.
  • Maintain accurate records and present reports as required to ensure effective communication with the management team according to established deadlines.
  • Monitor competition and collect information on new developments and opportunities in the channel.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging activations in line with marketing objectives and brand strategy.
  • Organize data collection and lead generation activities to acquire information on consumers and follow up on potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of sponsorship plans.
  • Prepare regular reports and in-depth analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of activation initiatives and formulate recommendations based on data for optimization.
  • Monitor competition and collect information on new developments and opportunities in the HoReCa channel.
Requirements
  • MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint
  • CRM Salesforce
  • Power BI
  • Experience in sales (B2B/B2C), ability to analyze market profiles
  • Budget monitoring and management

  • Proven experience in creating brand initiatives on the market
  • Strong project management skills with multitasking and priority setting in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and establish priorities

  • A true team player who supports decisions and basic rules of the team
