We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Operations Engineer to join our team at BaxEnergy. As a key member of our ICT Department, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of our physical and virtual servers, as well as network infrastructures and services management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICT technical support, with experience in Microsoft Windows OS, Windows Active Directory domains administration, and hypervisor configuration and management. Additionally, they will have expertise in administration of Windows/Linux systems, services, and management tools, as well as network devices and firewalls.

The successful candidate will be accountable for both BAU (daily support and operation maintenance activities) and specific projects, reporting directly to the Head of the ICT Department and the Group CIO. They will have the opportunity to work with international customers and participate in internal training programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in ICT technical support

  • Knowledge of network devices and firewalls
