We are seeking a talented Graduate Area/Shift Manager to join our EU Fulfillment team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team or process from day one and driving progress towards our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team or process from day one and drive progress towards our goals.
- Exercise sound judgement to ensure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.
- Safeguard team safety while at work and uphold Amazon's high standards of quality.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities to improve and streamline processes.
- Obtained or working towards a Bachelor's Degree.
- Flexible to relocate for the position if needed.
- Willing to work in non-traditional shift patterns which may include nights and weekends.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Previous work experience.
