Role Overview:
The Custody and Issuer Services Specialist will engage in daily operations related to Corporate Actions for various companies and public issuers, managing clients' cash and securities accounts to facilitate event settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze information from custodians during the event study phase.
- Prepare detailed reports and updates for clients.
- Utilize our IT systems to process events, ensuring beneficial holders are informed and managing order collections and proceeds in client accounts.
- Address client inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and responses.
Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Social Studies.
- Experience in the Financial Industry is advantageous.
Language Proficiency:
- Italian – C2 level
- English – B2 level
Technical and Soft Skills:
- Proficient in Office and Microsoft 365.
- Strong sense of empowerment and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
