We are seeking a skilled Waiter to join our team at Aethos Monterosa, a 30-room five-star luxury resort in the heart of the Aosta Valley. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service, creating memorable dining experiences, and ensuring every guest feels welcome.

• Guest Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service, greet guests with a warm smile, and ensure they have everything they need for a memorable dining experience.
• Menu Knowledge: Become an expert on our menu, recommend dishes and drinks, answer questions, and accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Order Management: Manage orders from the kitchen to the table, ensuring each dish is served promptly and exactly as ordered.
• Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are set properly before guests arrive, maintain cleanliness throughout service, and reset tables for the next guests.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff, communicating guest requests and ensuring service is seamless and efficient.
• Handling Payments: Handle guest payments, provide accurate billing, and ensure transactions are processed smoothly.
• Guest Relations: Engage with guests, check in on their dining experience, and address any needs or concerns, ensuring they leave with a smile.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during service, from food complaints to seating concerns, always striving to resolve them to the guest's satisfaction.

• Fluent in English & Italian is a must.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience is a plus.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring guest satisfaction.
• The physical stamina to handle long shifts, including standing, walking, and carrying trays.
• A genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
