Senior Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to lead our bid management efforts in the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize operational effectiveness and returns on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead bids for highly profitable and constructible projects
- Develop opportunities within regions
- Oversight and coordination of bid documents, labor productions, subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Subcontractor and vendor relationships, owner estimates, and project schedules
- Work with the Operations team to identify and mitigate risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree, experience, or combination thereof
- Ten or more years progressively leading estimating activities with 5 years as a Senior Estimator
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and people skills
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.)
