Job Description:

Job Summary: We are looking for a Lead Bartender to support our fun and fast-paced bar operation day and night. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing our menu, innovating our bar concept, and staying on top of trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the bar manager in running a smooth and efficient bar operation
  • Develop and implement new menu items and drinks
  • Lead a team of bartenders and provide guidance and support
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure excellent guest experience
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Head Bartender or Bartender with a strong background in mixology
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
