At our Sedico Plant (BL), we are looking for a young, motivated and enterprising talent to join our team as Production Supervisor.

This role offers the opportunity to experience managing a highly complex Manufacturing Department, ensuring excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing efficiency and OEE KPIs
  • Production programming and deviation management to guarantee required levels
  • Management of quality KPIs
  • Knowledge and application of delegation mechanism
  • Responsible for quality of parts produced in his shop
  • Critical reading of indicators regarding cost of auxiliary materials
  • Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
  • Knowledge of specific procedures for environmental emergencies and safety interventions
