Job Description:

Venair Group is a leading engineering and manufacturing company specializing in silicone hoses and flexible silicone pieces for demanding sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, fuel cells, and aerospace.

We provide innovative custom solutions based on our customers' requirements. The company has a strong presence globally with 28 sales branches distributed across Europe, Africa, Asia, and America, and employs over 300 people worldwide.

Due to our international expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to develop the business in Southeast Europe, based in Castellazzo Bormida, AL (Italy).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle to close deals by conducting market research, cold calling, quotations, follow-ups, and providing aftersales service.
  • Perform market analysis and create leads.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to champion our products.
  • Achieve sales targets by following established processes and developing new ones.
  • Update the CRM with all commercial efforts.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in green fields and sectors such as pharmaceuticals or food.
  • Proficient in English and Italian.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
