Demand Planning Internship Opportunity

SC Johnson Professional is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Demand Planning Team as an Intern. As a Demand Planning Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of accurate demand forecasts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze past and future demand inputs from Sales and Marketing to calculate their impacts on demand.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional partners on projects such as new product launches, discontinuations, and transitions to evaluate assumptions and drive business decisions.
  3. Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators.
  4. Work with supply partners to understand the latest supply constraints and their impact on demand plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an undergraduate degree in economics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related business field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive action and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
