Thales Alenia Space, a leading global space manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Domain Controller Manager to join their team in Turin. As a key member of the company's finance department, this individual will play a crucial role in supporting the CFO and Business Line Controller in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the reliability of all financial data within the controlled perimeter, adhering to company rules and timetables.
- Participate in bid processes, validating financial components and group intercompany transactions rules application at the bid phase.
- Coordinate the analysis, update, and monitoring of project financial components in cooperation with project management and other finance departments.
- Collaborate on project initialization, reviewing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), allocating the total budget, and implementing management tools.
- Measure and analyze costs variances between actuals, forecasts, budget, and baselines.
- Ensure forecasts and monitoring of revenues and cash flow.
- Coordinate and produce monthly consolidated project reports (Dashboard) and forecasts data package with major risks and opportunities identified.
- Provide monthly reports to the legal entity and JV Top Management.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
- Experience: More than 10 years in project controlling.
- Specific Knowledge: Project controlling, computer skills (Microsoft Office), financial systems (SAP, Primavera), and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, respecting deadlines.
- Soft skills: Pro-activity, time management, teamwork, positive flexible attitude, ability to deal with people, communication skills, adaptability, self-control, optimism, sociability, accountability, self-motivation, collaboration skills, patience, enthusiasm, confidence, and general professionalism.
